The final logo will need to embroidery well. That means a minimum height for the smallest lettering is .2 inches tall.
At that size, I'm concerned with how the word INTERACTIVE will look, and how large it will force the other elements to be.
Small letters with a thin stroke just won't work.

Your typeface needs a lot of help. The slogan can be omitted.
