Can we take the house and skyline out and put a building where the house is? Additionally can you incorporate S P into the logo?

Can you change the homes to office buildings? Can you add the s to partner - partners. Remove the LLC. Add some eye catching color to it. Thanks

Please add color to it. Wanted to stay away from just black gray and white all together and nothing else. Also partner needs to be partners, let's take off the LLC and also the commercial real estate... Tag line.
