SpotlightLogo Design Contest

Hello - we really like this design. I'd love to see some modifications:
-Can you shift the lighter-blue part of the logo to the right, so that the "o" is a little more like a spotlight?
-Can you show what it might look like on a darker background?

OK - getting close Max! Can you submit versions with the tagline in all caps, and with the first letter of every word capitalized?

So:
ILLUMINATING EDUCATION DATA
and
Illuminating Education Data
