I am not huge fan of using eye candy effect in any logo. a design needs to be strong both visually and in meaning without these additional effects I've uploaded several new designs with and with out additional effects.

I am really liking this version, it has the feminine quality without being girly and it reflects back to my original idea of a check mark

If it's not too much time/work, could you make the bottom of #79 look like #84? I like the darker font. Also I like the design of #79 but would like to see a few more colors. I see the design as people and I work with people from all over the world so the colors are quite meaningful to me. Again, only if it's not too much. Thanks, Jodi!
