Like the concept of people sitting inside the S, but would still like the S connected. See design document and other logos we like....

We like the concept of the dots representing people at a desk, but the font does not work.

The small dots would look better inside the S

Prefer the S to be all one color, though maybe different color dots?

We like the play on dots representing people. The W is a bit busy with the 2 colors. Have you tried it with a lower case w?
