I'm not sure about changing the color of his hat to black. but perhaps we can see that variation too please.

And would it be possible to have him hold a pepper in the other hand?

Can we have the jar in his right hand be a bottle with a neck? Almost like a bbq sauce jar. it can still be red ingredients though, not brown.

With this logo, it very well could be the one. But we just need the character to look more like Bob. I uploaded some files in the brief. Could you do your best to make Bob look like Bob?
