I like the flow.... but I am thinking that Speed is too emphasized and there are too many bumps.

I am not sure we are hitting the mark of sending the Speedbumps message with the circles / half circles.
I do like that fact that you incorporated the iconic element.... but I am not sure it was say speedbumps if it stood alone.
