hope this works for you - typically designers use the Pantone color system for selecting colors - I tried to get as close as I could to the colors you requested. Happy to make any other modifications for you - I like the message of the medical symbol with the nature symbol combined.

Could you make the green/blue more sea green/blue?

Could you incorporate the symbol into a letter and shift it to a plant becoming a stethoscope chest piece on the root end and a plant on the other?
Could you make the gold, golder?
