Here is the custom wordmark I came up with for you. The word "Specialty" is called out as unique and separate from "Food Service", just as you want to separate yourself as unique. People will come to know this custom font with the star for the dot on the "i" as a sign of professional specialty service! The blue and grey together provide a nice contrast, as well as the idea of the best (blue) and most modern (grey) service around.
