Which "previous" logo are referring to?

Just my opinion, i think your previous logo already "iconic" enough. It's simple, easy to remembered and applied in small size, such as favicon.
Just need to be bit refined and add something relevant with "mental health"

Can you make the wheelchair and person more athletic and more "alive"? It needs a little more energy

Can I see a version of this with the wheel a lighter gray (40%), the man a dark gray (90%), and the weights red? Do the same with the words. Red, dark gray and then the slogan the lighter gray. Thank you
