its best to leave the word Spartan out. It means nothing to the locals and has no connectivity to the water, history or the cruise lines. This is a mixed use development with a cruise line anchor tenant. The bridge is over used as a logo in Savannah.
No one has come up with an elegant, historical tonality to a logo as of yet. I do appreciate the efforts and will continue to comment.
