I made a few other minor adjustments in the illustration. Here are 2 options with size and color with the 3rd line for balance.
Not sure, noticed the other small window to the left door, there was a difference when I used the photo on google maps and your attachment...so made that change too.
I'll check back tomorrow with you to see if you would like to see any other changes.

We like this one too. Could you please remove the "Est 1974?" Also, maybe a few versions where the text is horizontal instead of wrapped around the picture?

also..I hope you can see the details because we only have a 350 pixel maximum for our image upload.
It doesn't always have the best clarity.
