Hi, here is my initial concept for your consideration. I've created a simple but unique mark that depicts an empty space or room set inside a gear shape to imply a mechanism. I've also created a wordmark to accompany the logo that includes an underscore between the words to highlight the space there. I'm happy to revise with your feedback.
Also, if you're at all interested in the opinion of a designer, homeowner, and general consumer, I think "space creator" is the best of the three names you're considering. I have several reasons in mind, but the most important one is that of all the possible names, the use of the word "create" or "creator" is far more strong than "key" or "more". It implies that you can create something from nothing, and it's more of an actionable word. Just my two cents.
