Thank you for your submissions. Can you tell me if there is particular significance of the orange leaf?

Thanks for your quick response. I really like this design & the font, but do not like the idea of highlighting their separation. Shame & isolation is a very significant factor for our girls, as they feel highly ostracized / outcast from their community. It is one of the factors that drives them back to being re-exploited. Would love to see some variations of this though.

For entry #39, is there any way you can do a similar theme but while incorporating an urban setting in the landscape?

Thanks so much. Did you notice we posted an update to the message boards? We have a much stronger idea of what it is we're looking for now. That should help. Also- the rankings are now a much stronger indication of the type of image we're leaning towards. We are really liking the idea of simple lines, etc.

We have decided against the green/orange combo (I'm actually not sure why so many submissions had that, as it's not something that we ever requested). If any orange or yellow is used at all- it should be very subtle and only as a highlight. It should not be a predominant color.

I do like that this image is more abstract- but this particular submission reminds me of a pair of lips (although I know it is a bird). Try going a little less feminine. And perhaps a straighter font- but one that has some tone or definition to it (slight shading, fading, texture, or shadow, etc.)

We really appreciate the continued effort and response to our contest.
