Welcome! What a small world! I'm in Wilmington.
My wife and I love Southport, The kids just love the ferry and the ice cream shops!
On another related note, my dad pastors a church in Wilmington.

My first thought for a concept was "the journey"
We enjoy sitting at the Fishy Fishy cafe and the sail boats come in and out of the marina.

The journey of a sailboat is powered by the unseen.
So is our walk with God.

I thought this was a nice geographical and spiritual image.

I welcome any feedback.

Thanks Paul,I'm glad we share the love of Southport, and the spiritual theme of sailing in the Spirit. I'd like for "Sharing the Journey, and even its follow up: "Deeper, Broader, Stronger" to be more prominent than the name of the church. Let's see what we can do!

The design is a high contender. I need for the font "Sharing the Journey" to be larger.

#75 - Thinking about those historical signs on certain houses in the downtown, riverfront area. This resembles those signs.

Can the light grey lettering be stronger color?

Perhaps a different font for Sharing the Journey?
