Southern WheyLogo Design Contest

I like the direction of #44, and would be interested in seeing additional submissions/variations. I like the strong font and how the words are stacked, but the line art feels a little too open and abstract. Do you have any ideas for a version that would potentially include a graphic image (for example a cow/goat/sheep, barn/silo, pasture, wedge/wheel of cheese, etc.)?
