Please try making the "S" and "P" larger than the rest of the text.

Also, please try making the "Southern" (left side) the same as #34 with the lowercase "n" and the "Planning" as it sits now.

I like this...it may be missing something, but I like it.

I like this, but I"m not sure the capital N is the way to go? Thoughts?

I like how the "planning" is spread out more. This doesn't have to have a black background. I'll be using these using several colors with translucent backgrounds, so don't feel that you have to keep doing it in black backgrounds.
