Just looking at this logo in a larger view i would require you to increase the space between "Southern Land" as it seems a bit close to each other. wouldn't need much.

if you don't use a house in the logo it will make the logo more flexible to be applied in various industrial developments without having to edit the logo again, for example, you can apply the logo to architects, remodeling, building renovations, building houses and so on.
For the house outline and style have a look at the logo currently I 3rd position. See if you can do a similar black shaded Homestead like it. I do like these current one's so far. Just want to see if it can be any better. Thanks

1. This logo in exact same font and colour with no houses in the picture. keep the black and white ground and the sun rise.
2. Same logo but provide different shaped house/houses. Even maybe like an Australian Homestead.
