Thank you, i like it but there are no mountains or pine trees in our area. I would like this to represent where we are and what we are. We are a mobile home park in South Texas close to the coast with a southern breeze blowing through the park almost all year around.

I like this, but it is kinda busy. Lets have Southern Breeze in the same font, and the design up top needs to be simplified somehow please. I like incorporating the wind/breeze into the logo.
