My current favorite. I’d make the ‘hope for a pain-free life’ all in yellow and BOLD the HOPE

I think for this one and the earlier with star like sun, fairly dark grey may better represent the dark pre surgery period of time. Also, highlight "HOPE" with color and maybe a playful underline. Hard to read the tagline.
