Hello, I am very glad!
I don't really understand the color of the building comment though. You see the icon is all a blue stroke - no filling. If I make the center building white you will just not be able to see it... Please advice on that.

Ok so this is the winner, but a few things. Can you make the word southside, one word.

Also may show us an option that has the center "building" in the light blue. or maybe one with the outsides blue and the center white. otherwise we really like it....

of course! I just submitted some more entrie on this concept.

can you incorporate more of the city of chicago flag into this. Maybe with some blue lines and some more stars (4 max).
