I tried to avoid overt "house" references, due to your management of apartments etc.
Instead I chose ideas that refer to lifestyle, view, coastal living.

I live at the coast and have taken this approach lately with great success for our clients.

#58 - 1) can you take the water and the birds
2) bold "South Shore" and make black with a line above "South Shore".

I do like this design

I am traveling today, but providing I remain as a top 5 designer, I will remain eligible to make changes.
I will do so when I arrive this evening.
