Hello,
Here is my design idea for your new logo! --> #11
I made a fork pointing south, and I used wine bottles in the negative space to create the prongs. I then paired it with a custom, fun script font. Also, I mocked it up on a shade of grey so you can see how it might look on your menus: #12
