this is cute, can you change the "&" to "and" which can be small. COmpany name one color that matches to logo, it can be a blues in the name that maybe blend blues together

we do not have an "&" in our name, can you change to "and" and make the name all one color? maybe an abstrract of the house? we dont want it to look like a realtors logo. We do fire restoration too.
