The heart upside down represents the bottom of a beautiful overweight person. It's reflection is a heart.

This concept is based on the idea of a Classical sculpture - the ones with the limbs broken off of shapely figures. I've made it cartoony and overweight but still beautiful! The heart is as if its saying "I'm beautiful".
I'm not sure at this point whether this is on track or not but I thought I'd submit it and see how you feel about it.

I like the heart in the "o". I don't love the red and black together with the hearts because it reminds me of playing cards. I don't know that I necessarily like the focus of the logo being an actual body or sculpture because we do many seminars exclusively on self-esteem and self-improvement and I'd like the logo to encompass that broader aspect as well (sorry I wasn't more direct with that in the first place). I do like where you are heading with capturing the "Happy" part of Soulutions. Now if we could also capture the "healthy" in the logo somehow. Also, I'd like the tag line to read "for a happy, healthy you!" Thanks.

I like this one. It is different than all the other entries in that there is no pictorial logo. I like that you have done something very creative with just the name. The colors work well together. You have captured the happy and healthy. I feel that it may only lack in capturing the energy and infinite worth of every being. I think you have capture a bit of the positive energy by the forward moving slant of the font. It is good. Could it be better?
