Though we think this logo is really fine,
we'd also like to see another version of this logo like

#15 further developed. Thanks for your great feedback. I've been working a bit more on this concept and give you this version with a better form factor (wider, lower, and bolder – more harmonic). I think the "foster" idea is very clear now, and the shades and gradients make the logo pop out which makes it eye-catching and memorable.

The negative space within the symbol forms a circular form/sphere that symbolizes the new talent discovered and fostered by SOOL. Active negative space in a logo is always a good eye-catcher.
