Your logo is nice, but I don't think it is really usefull.
If I use it I would need to use in a big size to read all the thing and recognize the eagle...

I will work on "solution" part and try to make it more meaningful.

Regarding the shield, if I put the eagle into a shield, the details of the eagle will get lost in small sizes and make the logo just more complex. I hope you agree with this.

Soluzione Tasse means "Taxes Solution" so I would like to find a visual hammer that put the concept into the client's mind
