On the ones that the "SOLD" sign is on top of the colonial, please leave the little black bars out that attach the sign to the colonial. For the ones that the sign is attached under the colonial, you can leave the black bars that attach the sign.

So you're the only designer I still have designs left in the "finals." My only other request is that you change all the colonial signs in your designs that contain them to this. I really appreciate your work, man. I'm super excited to put these logos to use (pretty much all of them at some point) Thank you so much....

Also a good one for a color flip.

I moved this one to preferred others, but realistically it was just to keep confusion down on selection. This one would be one I'd use on a color flipped background for a red shirt.

I thought this one was also great, but also seems a little difficult to distinguish real estate from each other. Overall, you have a lot of great ones.

Didn't really like how REAL ESTATE looked. It's difficult to distinguish the two words

You're all over the good stuff....these designs will be primary for my logo, but I like the idea of being able to flip these colors around for my different color work shirts. You have 6 designs I really like. Thank you!

We really like this one too. I don't think I'd change anything on this one. It's super clean.

Kind of. Eliminate the black bars that connect the sign to the Colonial sign & just set the sign on top of the colonial. Also, I meant to Keep the size width of REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY the same width as the other one I commented on, but just slide it left like you did in this one. It will be sticking out past the end of the colonial, but that's what I'd like to see.

Then make REAL ESTATE the size of PHOTOGRAPHY and PHOTOGRAPHY the Larger font in Red.(So swap the fonts & size of REAL ESTATE & PHOTOGRAPHY) If we're going to highlight any word in Real Estate Photography, I'd prefer it be Photography.

Last request was to make the part of the colonial sign that would stick into the ground slightly longer.

This is one of my favorites currently. I'd like to try some movement on some things.

Move the SOLD sign straight up so its above the horizontal arm of the colonial sign.

Slide REAL ESTATE Photography over to be where the SOLD sign currently is.

Flip the fonts on REAL ESTATE & PHOTOGRAPHY, making REAL ESTATE all black and PHOTOGRAPHY in red.

I'd also like to see the Vertical Post of the Colonial sign a little longer at the bottom.

It's definitely at the top of my list. I'm just considering variations, even without the Colonial & also with the Colonial.

The thin white line may be confusing, but it would essentially create a red border around a red background if that makes sense.

I'm digging this one. A couple of things I'd change. The box would be more squared off on the corners.

The entire box would be red, with a thin white line running around just inside the edge.

SOL would be white. The curved portion of the D would be white, the i portion in the D would be black.

Another nice touch would to see it hanging from a colonial post sign holder. (I'd like to see it with & without)

Remove the slogan from the logo.

I'm still not sure If I'd rather have Real Estate Photography Under the Logo or on the side like you have it now.
