Great design - as an aside, more than half our team is Romanian btw... I would like to see the logo with the "o" in Solantro replaced by the sun symbol as well as the logo option with removing the Semiconductor Corp portion.

I have seen your comment on the main page and i would give a second thought about using the "S" path as they maybe falling into the overused area or even being not memorable enough:
