i like #43 but still the hands are to squarish and the diamonds on the top right seem that they arent doing what they should be doing

wow #95 great improvment!
can you remove the gray from the bottom part of the circle. maybe try to give more of a gradient color feel for either the background, or the foreground or both... also more color variations would be great.
