Can you do one of these with text horizontally next to the icon, as in the same size, and text like entry 139

I can't see another entries (blind phase). Only you (client) can see all entries. I will try another font

Try text like submission 133 horizontal
And another with Social Talent on one line and Group in the bottom right under the right half of Talent
