this logo means :
two people for "social"
upper arrow for "improvement"
smile for "friendly"

#21 and #22 because some of my stakeholders are bankers I fear the smile is too playful.....I personally like the smile, but the more serious stakeholders in my group might find it unprofessional.

I really like the arrow up for improvement idea....that is GREAT.
