I like this because we use the acronym sptf as well as the long name ---

entry #23 -- I prefer the boldness of #8
entry #24 is too plain
I still like entry #8 the most of the three

comments from one of my stakeholders:

Interesting as it builds on the abbreviation that is quite well known (people are using the abbreviation a lot). I like the shape of letters, but the arrows become lighter and lighter so it gives me an impression of something like "loosing energy or enthusiasm or momentum". It also uses only one colour and somehow feels without appropriate level of energy.

perhaps make the arrow more vibrant....one of the logos I liked earlier had an arrow moving up which shows progress...movement.....
