I like this design a lot but can you take the design of #124 for Real Estate Group and add the two lines on the side please?

Can you please be sure to give me all of the file types for this logo? Can you also give me a version on a black background so we can use it for some of our marketing pieces? You will have to play with the color a little bit. Please let me know. Thank you for your hard work.
