I like this design quite a bit; the only thing that seems to not work for me is the wreath and shield elements alignment. The shield and wreath curve vertically at different degrees, making the wreath element, in particular, look a bit "pasted on" and not in unity with the rest of the picture. The arms of the wreath seem a bit too thick.
