Yes you will be able to contact the winner. Upon transfer of final files both sides will receive agreement/contract with email addresses and other personal data of parties involved. This site doesn't prohibit in any way contacts between designer and client - provided contest is over. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #78 I'm going to move a number of the different color combinations into the "don't want" section, just to help us narrow our focus. You've got the design elements we like, but this overall decision is going to be very difficult with the level of workmanship most of you and some of your competitors are providing. I'm leaning heavily in your direction, unfortunately we have a board that will decide (I'm a part of it). Thanks again for all the terrific revisions and updates! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #115 Withdrawn Haha, by slate, I just mean a "bluish gray"; but this looks awesome. My apologies for not being precise, it's really important in this kind of work. By the way, since we're new to this process, are we able to continue the conversation with you after this competition is completed? Maybe hire you for the creation of a different layouts of the design for various applications? Thanks for the ongoing responsiveness! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #77 Withdrawn Good point! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #78 Wow; that's fantastic -- thanks for the info! 9 years ago sculptor commented on #115 Withdrawn If by slate you mean textured background I believe we are not allowed to use them here so I used gradient instead. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #116 Withdrawn Of course there is close to infinite number of color combinations but you can extrapolate from samples provided and give me directions to correct them in the right direction. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #77 Withdrawn You are right about printing in foil. But versions like this can be used in internet environment, TV or other displays which support full RGB gamut. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #77 Withdrawn Coloring is nice, but in print I feel the lighting effects I see here wouldn't have the same impact without printing in foil. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #75 Withdrawn Nice and clean; it actually works well with some of the literature we already utilize with our business. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #78 Thank you for your more than positive feedback. It's close to midnight here so I will prepare requested revisions tomorrow morning. By the way, every awarded designer here is obliged to provide vector versions of the logo so you also will be able to modify logo after receiving final files. Vector file enables owner to edit every part of the logo separately and lets him to scale it up to every dimension without loosing quality/sharpness. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #78 This is the strongest offering from all the submissions so far; and the board is really appreciative. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #22 Withdrawn Let's see this on a different background; instead of browns (thank you, by the way), let's try a blue/gray/slate background. Then adjust the other visual elements / text accordingly. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #23 Withdrawn It shows some tremendous detail work; looks fantastic. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #78 It actually looks amazing; loving it. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #23 Withdrawn This entry can feel ostentatious because I enlarged the icon to reveal drawing pattern. Due to small dimensions of designs presented here any small detailed are not rendered quite correctly. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #21 Withdrawn Thanks fro your feedback. I prepared requested revisions. If you want me to try some other/richer shades of brown please let me know. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #78 Here I added some light or dimension to the leaves. Still only two flat colors used. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #77 Withdrawn bright/pale gold and silver 9 years ago sculptor commented on #76 Withdrawn darker chocolate, light grey and beige 9 years ago sculptor commented on #75 Withdrawn brighter brown and white 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #23 Withdrawn By itself it's a little too ostentatious for our primary uses -- but it could be useful in some limited applications. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #21 Withdrawn I really like this design; the wreath in particular is quite good, and the "S" element is creatively unique. The textual elements on the right are nice, clean, and dignified. 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #22 Withdrawn Oh that looks great on a dark background. Could I see this design on a dark chocolate / espresso tone background? (and whatever text color works well with that) Thanks! 9 years ago sculptor commented on #21 Withdrawn Custom made wreath. 9 years ago sculptor commented on #23 Withdrawn Engraved drawing vector effect. 9 years ago
