The designs you've submitted have perhaps taken my sample art a bit too literally; that is probably my fault. I was hoping for different ideas on how to apply the desired colors, text, and layout that can only come from experience. You are the only who used chess pieces like in my sample, which is a positive; there is significance in the chess pieces to our firm. But they don't necessarily have to be incorporated in the exact fashion of my sample. In this particular design I don't like the font/style of the "S" element.
Similar comments as to your other submission, but I like the "S" element in this design better than the other "S". But, I just don't know what that shape is supposed to be, or what it's supposed to communicate. I think I'd like to see this with the SNIDER not in black, and then something different on the Left. Perhaps the 3 chess pieces, with a capital S, on a background field. The wreath element could be replaced by something like a "Coat of Arms" which could more naturally accommodate the chess pieces and letter S.
