I like what you've done with the overall concept; this is creative and very nice quality. Though it all works very well together, I feel it may be a bit too "soft" or "modern" in font, for what I was trying to accomplish. But it is very pro; nice design! I also don't want to focus visually on SNIDER, and have Financial Group as less of a visual focus. The S / Wreath element could use a stronger a visual boundary, so that it can stand alone as a visual element, apart from the other text in the image. Thank you; great design, just not the best fit for us yet.
