It's very hard -- there is a lot of good work here; your design included. Thank you for your submissions, and good luck to you! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #13 Withdrawn This looks nice, but we're focusing on "SNIDER" with subtext of "Financial Group". Would look great on letterhead! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #12 Withdrawn Let's darken up the blue field behind the "S" element a bit and see how that looks. Thanks! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #9 Withdrawn In particular, the chess pieces being placed to the right seems a little awkward. Thanks! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #11 Withdrawn As far as staying close to what I asked for, this is quite good. The chess piece placement just isn't looking right to me. How about moving them to the bottom of the wreath, where the branches overlap. Please read the other comments I posted on your designs; I realized I asked for too close of a copy of my sample. I do like where this design is going; it's got a nice feel to it. Thanks! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #10 Withdrawn I like this design orientation quite a bit, but I do feel the "chess pieces" feel out of place in both of these designs. That is probably my fault due to the directions I wrote. Please feel free to be more creative in the use / non-use of certain elements if you think it will look better, and accomplish an effective impact. If the chess pieces can be incorporated is a tasteful and uncluttered way it would be a positive; if the can't be, it's best to remove them. Thank you! 9 years ago tsimunds commented on #9 Withdrawn You did a good job attempting to complete what I asked, which was for a design which stayed very close to the sample I posted. In retrospect I've changed my attitude -- I really do like the creativity the designers are bringing to the competition. Please recreate something which utilizes similarities and element, but is not a replica of what I created. Thank you! 9 years ago
