I believe I left a comment on a different logo with the crane added.

This is nice. Do another logo without the slogan. Try to add additional heavy equipment below SNFITT or add a city background

On this logo the “I” could be a crane if it had a line dropping down like it was going to pick up the bricks. The dog would still be on top of the letters sniffing

If two or more different pieces of construction equipment (front loader, excavator or a crane) was placed between the letters would help out. With the dog on top of the letters sniffing.

Any suggestion?
