I like this design - it is clear, easy to see and gets the message across. I like the readability of 'Smokefree Natrona County' in #3, but I do like the diamond background in #4 - it sort of feels enclosed, which is what we are trying to do, ban smoking indoors. Which is hard to signify in a logo. Can you please further develop and come up with some versions combining the larger text of #3 and the enclosed look of #4? Maybe just try making the 'Natrona County' in #4 larger?
I like the way that you are taking this design - can you please do one like #34 with a gold diamond and a straight cigarette. But just the diamond gold - two toned....similar to #27. The gold does not have to have the sheen to it, it can be flat.
Can you please also do one like #34 with the gold tone on the right hand side of the logo (the darker gold) throughout the design - tone down the goldest yellow - if that doesn't make sense, let me know. Please also do the same with #44
