We liked your design element in #25 can we see a version with lettering Smart CSM and a version with Smart in the darker green and CSM in the lighter green as well.
Another thought is to rotate the element slightly counter clockwise. Along with element slightly counter clockwise can you try to bring out the essence of a C in it,
