Hi,
This is actually my favorite logo so far. Love the sleek, minimal font, not 100% on the italisised 'builders'
The symbol/image is ok but there still might be a little too much going on in it.
Also love symmetry where ever possible.

Do you have any way of incorporating the little speech arrow into your symbol?
I believe this speech arrow is a great way to illustrate 'smart' 'thinking'
