Can I seet the SR part in a cirlce

I should ask some people if I could use the circle. Actually it's a common shape. But I want the competition to be fair for everyone.

For now this is what I can do to customize the graphic RS.

I will reconsider to put some submission on circle. Because unfortunately it will make my design too similar with the competitor. Actually using E [separate] STATE with different color should be my exclusive idea.

I would like to see see the SR in a circle. I would like to take the Slate outside of the Estate while leaving it inside as well. If that makes sense. Can I see some different font options as well

With all my respect. the idea of combining estate and Slate is my idea. please dont ask other designer using this idea.
