What if you kept the mountains as they are and filled in the white space of the rectangle as that grey color and made all the letters white? and the Bio and the orange outline on the side remain?

Not quite yet. So please make the whole box area that grey color and have white letters. if you cannot figure out how to incorporate the Bio (which I cannot) please just keep as slate. I want something very clean and crisp - thanks!

and switch biotechnology to just Bio.

Can we make the Slate dark gray and tone down the orange to a little more burnt orange? We like the mountains and the homage to virginia. Can you find a way to change to Slate Bio instead of Slate Biotechnology. Do you think the spacing between the 'S' and L is a little too far apart compared to the rest of the word??
