The subject of that photo is dead, and the person who snapped it is unknown. Don't use the exact image of him, just indicate a clothed human rather than a blank figure. Thank you

The swooper looks like a chalk outline. Try to make it look like a person if possible. Also there is a little too much burgundy in the logo.

Check out some of the pictures of pictures I uploaded, pay attention to the skimming across the water ones, and consider placing something like that in the foreground, maintaining elements behind as you have already shown.
