Another option is on darker blue background with contrasting color for the square and letters. If you can give us a few options we will appreciate it.

The yellow on white for REAL is not very legible, could you try slightly lighter blue (something that can also stand out) for SKY and keep the REAL ESTATE in navy.

Could you please put a dove outline in the empty space inside the square.

I actually like the the font of the first one better. We specialize in high rise condo sales, so if there was a hint of that in the logo, it could be a good contender.
