The icon looks good. But the text looks easy to replicate using various fonts, not distinctive enough.

I also added human silhouettes.

I combined a location pin point (symbolizing the planning of a destination) with a clock (symbolizing the time sensitive aspect).

Please let me know if you would like to see any revisions (fonts, colors, layout etc).
