hi, this is my first try for the creation of your logo. My idea is to create a person (babysitter) out of a heart-shape, the baby sitter is holding a baby with love, this should give the sensation of trust.

in #30 i modified the #27 adding some circles to represent kids that are hugging each other, in the middle the red circle represents the babysitter (so they are all hugging her)
