I prefer the words "sip sip" enclosed within the circle. In my opinion, when they are stretched out to the edges it looks crowded.

I’m not home yet but will make mods when I get there. RGB is mainly for web, CMYK for full color printing and PMS. Is spot color printing. If you get cups print most likely it would be Pantone PMS. Both PMS and RGB can achieve closer to visible spectrum. CMYK can’t produce as bright of colors. Typically most colors as long as they aren’t neon like can find equivalent numbers in each.

Hard to see the words in the lid. have you looked at it in dark gray? or making the lid a bit thicker so the lettering can be slightly larger? just an idea.

I personally like the way you have laid out the words "Boba by the Bay" but some feedback from my business partner is perhaps try placing the tag line outside the cup. Not sure how creative you can get but is this a possibility?
